By downloading, installing, or using Citizen Pass Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Citizen Pass Canada is an educational application designed to help users prepare for the Canadian citizenship test. The app provides:

• Study materials based on the Discover Canada guide and official content from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
• Practice tests and flashcards
• A bilingual experience (English and Canadian French)
• Progress tracking features
• A multi-stage citizenship-process journey timeline and FAQ

The app is provided as a study aid and does not guarantee passing the actual citizenship test.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

• Citizenship test questions are based on official IRCC materials and the Discover Canada study guide
• Information is updated periodically but may not reflect the most recent changes
• Process timelines and journey-stage guidance reflect community-reported patterns at the time of publication, not commitments by IRCC
• Users should verify critical information with official IRCC sources

We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the content.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Citizen Pass Canada, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
• Not use automated systems to access the app
• Provide accurate information when requested

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Citizen Pass Canada offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features:

• Weekly subscription
• Monthly subscription
• 3-Month subscription

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Citizen Pass Canada app, including its design, features, and content (excluding official IRCC questions), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Technical issues or data loss

Use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Services

Citizen Pass Canada may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, and in-app purchases. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for any reason.
